These Terms of Service govern your use of LARD websites and related product services. By using LARD, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
You may use LARD only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring content uploaded by your team is lawful and appropriate for workplace use.
User Content and Team Sharing
LARD allows users to create and share worksite content (for example text logs, photos, and audio) with authorised users in their organisation/project context.
You must not upload, share, or promote content that includes:
- Nudity or sexually explicit material.
- Graphic real-world violence, gore, or content intended to shock.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or abuse targeting individuals or groups.
- Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity.
- Content that invades privacy, impersonates others, or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Spam, scams, deceptive content, or other misuse of the platform.
Reporting Content or Users
If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, report it to support@lard.build with relevant details (project, user, date/time, and screenshots where possible). Where in-app reporting or blocking controls are available, you should use those controls first.
Enforcement and Account Action
We may review reported content and take action including content removal, warning notices, feature restrictions, account suspension, or account termination where appropriate. We may also act without prior notice where needed for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or where required by law, security, or abuse prevention needs.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LARD services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations and recordkeeping decisions.
Changes to These Terms
LARD may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
